The Como Foundation designed and patented lip reading masks for the deaf and hard of hearing community.  “We want to give everybody the opportunity to actually be safe and communicate with everybody in a safe manner,”

Their mission is to improve accessiblity for the hearing impaired and other communities who could benefit from seeing expressions through the lens of the mask.

The Access Masks are approved by Trillium Health Partners, Sick Kids Hospital, Health Canada, The Bob Rumball Association and Silent Voice, as well as the Province of Ontario!
